Values Australia Blog
How and why it was born
and Sir Roger’s unusual parentage
ValuesAustralia was born in the heat of the 2006 Spring Offensive, before the ruthless, juicy and exquisitely satisfying routing in 2007 of the Howard government, and the deliciously unceremonious expulsion of both the Prime Minister and Opposition Leader Beazley, the only opposition leader who could not defeat him.
The Spring Offensive was an unseemly political brawl to kidnap the ownership of Australian values from the actual Australians who own, evolve and hold them.
Sir Roger Migently is the ‘natural’ son of Lord E. Lordy and Lord Lummy.
Later elevated to the peerage, and entitled Roger, Lord Migently, he nevertheless prefers still to be addressed — and refers to himself — simply as “Sir Roger”, to avoid any suggestion of grandiosity or elitism.
His ennoblement was in recognition of his renowned status as The World’s First and Only Genuine Political Clairvoyant and was granted the OGPC (Order of the Grater, Praesagium Conspiciens). He continues to hold the title KVSD which carries with it the hallowed, battle-hardened, glorious traditions, honours and privileges of the ancient order of the Knights Venerable Soi Disant.
He was compelled to take up arms against the ignorant and arrogant way real Australian values were being abused and cynically misused by inept, desperate, racist politicians aided by a sycophantic right-wing media.
And so Sir Roger (who was in those olden days what was known as a “Newbie”) took up his virtual pen and began what has become:

Values Australia Blog“

Sir Roger cares about
Human Beings, rights, freedom of speech, democracy, fairness and the law,
and also about
life and joy and learning and fun and love.
He has fired salvos against
corruption, the theft of power, the Murdocracy, stupidity, dishonesty,
asylum seeker abuse, child abuse, religion, kiddie fiddlers, and much more.
He does it with
humour (when he can). Or at least he tries.
His work is — if you don’t mind him saying so —
globally appreciated, acknowledged, validated and applauded.
(Except by those who don’t like what he says, especially about them.)
One of his posts was recognised as one of the very best Australian posts of 2007
and another was described by a venerated critic as
“quite possibly the best piece of passionate, angry polemic I’ve ever read,
certainly on a blog. “Roger Migently” is roused to extraordinary heights of eloquence…”
Values Australia has been immortalised and archived in perpetuity in the Australian National Library.
He continues, and will continue — despite threats by governments, their politicised bureaucratic enablers and ‘controlled entities’
to help protect democracy and rights, and Australian values,
including from those who hijack the dead souls of great statesmen for fun and profit.
Sir Roger’s right to do so, and yours,
is protected by the Australian Constitution ss 7 and 24.
If you have any complaints about Sir Roger’s website, or feel strongly about any opinions expressed here, please don’t hesitate to write down your issues in as much detail as you can, remembering to provide your full name, address, age, voting intention and coronavirus status, fold neatly and place in a nice envelope and stick it up your bum take it outside and burn it. He promises you’ll feel much better.
