Osama has spoken again. Hear how he attacks the West, the immoderate language, the invective, his words designed to strike fear into our hearts: 

 

The enemy still plots and plans to attack us. They are nothing by cold-blooded killers. They’re not religious people. I don’t believe religious people kill innocent men, women, and children.

 

I believe we must call these people what they are: They are evil. And our most important job is to protect our people from further attack.

You can’t negotiate with these people. 

 

It’s important to listen to the words of the enemy. The enemy has said that it’s just a matter of time till we lose our nerve and leave. And that’s what they want us to do, so they can have a safe haven here from which to plot and plan and to attack us again.

 

There are extreme elements that use religion to achieve objectives. And they want us to leave. They want to extend an ideological caliphate that has no concept of liberty inherent in their beliefs.

 

They want to control oil resources and they want to plot and plan and attack us again. That’s their objective.

 

And when you throw into that mix nuclear weapons in the hands of our sworn enemy, you begin to see…
